Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive the email, contact our Customer Service department.
Deliveries are not available for the P.O. Box address and restricted zones. Please check to see that your rental agreement includes signed for/registered items. We highly recommend the items you’ve ordered be sent to a work or home address due to the signed-for nature of deliveries.

Kitsch only sells items in perfect condition, so in the exceptional case that you receive a garment with a defect, contact our Customer Service department.

No, you can not cancel the order once confirmed. If you have changed your mind after confirmation, you will need to return the products and get a full refund of the sum paid at checkout.
Yes. Go to the orders placed section in My account and you’ll see the real-time status of your order.If you placed the order as a guest, you can track the status and manage the order from the confirmation email.
You can make an online purchase as a guest, without having to create a user account in the online store.
You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button towards the bottom of your email.
