Our ability to ship your order to you is only as good as the information that you provide us. Whether you are ordering products for yourself or others, you must ensure that you provide us with a precise address. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures if you don’t give us the correct address or if it is an address that we can’t perform delivery to.
If a shipment is returned as unclaimed, undeliverable, regardless of the reason, we shall be entitled to keep you liable for the shipping and handling fees that were associated with that shipment. Deliveries are not available for the P.O. Box address. Please check to see that your rental agreement includes signed for/registered items. We highly recommend the items you’ve ordered be sent to a work or home address due to the signed-for nature of deliveries.
Shipping will be done according to the costs and methods described on our website. Once we ship your item, we are no longer responsible for its condition or delivery to your chosen address. Any claims for damages on the item should be filed by you against the courier.
All domestic orders will be shipped by NINJAVAN courier service.

- Standard: first attempt at delivery of the Parcel within 3 Working Days at any time between 9.00 am to 10.00 pm.
- Next-day: delivery of the Parcel within 1 Working Day at any time between 9.00 am to 10.00 pm.
III. Return Pick Up: collection of the Parcel on the next available Working Day within a time slot as instructed by the Sender.
Delivery of parcel to Sender will be made no later than 3 working days between 9.00 am to 10.00 pm after the day of pick up.

FREE shipping is valid on orders above RM150, other discounts applied to your order could change your subtotal.
Available/in-stock goods usually are shipped within a few days after you have placed your order. Ensure your submitted shipping address is correct. Kitsch will not be taking responsibility for shipment to the wrong address. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. The shipping cost will be given on checkout from your cart before you pay.

1.Is there FREE shipping?
No, it won't be free. However, you can choose if you want to pick up your order at one of our Kitsch stores, or receive it by mail with one of the available shipping options (Standard, Express, etc.) and make sure the shipping and billing addresses are correct.
2.Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at a private address (home or work), but never a post office box.
3.How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard: first attempt at delivery of the Parcel within 3 Working Days at any time between 9.00 am to 10.00 pm.
During the sale and promotions period, delivery periods may increase and some delivery methods might not be available.Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday.
If you’re not home when the order is delivered, the courier will leave you a reminder slip with their contact information. Alternatively, You can also call the courier directly and give them the order tracking number to arrange a delivery date.
